We seek out, discover and partner with the best distilleries for each of our collections. We aim to release an aged and an unaged expression from a single distillery in each collection so that our collectors can experience a range. We are also interested in sharing cachaças that reflect the innovative practices that are being used today while respecting cachaças long heritage.

Our task is to find and evaluate the myriad products from micro-distilleries located all over Brazil. Brasil is the 5th largest country geographically so there is a lot of variety in production methods, local woods for aging and styles. It’s an exciting time to be a connoisseur of this uniquely Brazilian Spirit.
